摘要
针对目前舰船用冷水机组研制过程中存在的可靠性问题,从管理和设计的角度讨论了舰船用冷水机组可靠性的设计要求,以及提高冷水机组可靠性的基本方法。对组成冷水机组的主要部件及冷却水管路的可靠性进行了分析、设计。同时,辅以必要的三防处理技术,提高了冷水机组的可靠性和适应性。
The flaw in reliability capability with design naval vessels chiller was discussed.It discussing the require of reliability capability in naval vessels chiller design.Improve the reliability capability of naval vessels chiller.The main unit's reliability is analyzed and designed,such as auto control device,chiller and pipe of cooling water.At one time,additional technique of guard against salt fog,dewiness and mildew is used.All of the measures guarantee that the system has high reliability and adaptability.
