HIF-1与口腔恶性肿瘤的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 低氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是一种广泛存在于哺乳动物和人体细胞内,介导肿瘤细胞低氧反应的关键转录因子,其对下游靶基因的表达调控广泛影响着口腔恶性肿瘤的发生发展、治疗和预后,现已成为口腔恶性肿瘤研究领域的重要热点之一。现就其生物学特性及其在口腔恶性肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。
