固体超强碱催化合成α,α'-二亚糠基环己酮的研究

摘要 以γ-Al2O2-O2-2Na+固体超强碱为催化剂,催化糠醛和环己酮缩合,合成了α,α'-二亚糠基环己酮.传统方法是使用液体碱等均相催化剂,该文以固体超强碱为催化剂,探索了一种新的合成工艺.研究了反应温度、原料配比、催化剂用量和反应时间对合成α,α'-二亚糠基环己酮的影响,并确定了最佳的反应条件.结果表明:反应温度为40℃,催化剂用量为原料质量的5%,反应时间为2 h时,产物产率最高,达92.1%. Difurfurylidene cyclohexanone was synthesized via furfural and cyclohexanone using γ-Al2O2O2-2Na+ as the catalyst. They are usually prepared by means of condensation catalyzed by a liquid basic catalyst. In this paper difurfurylidene cyclohexanone was prepared through catalysis by a new solid superbase. The influence of reaction temperature, ratio between reactants, dosage of catalyst and reaction time was investigated and the best conditions were found out the optimal reaction conditions: reaction temperature is 40 ℃, the amount of catalyst is 5% of raw material, reaction time is two hours, the highest percent of production yield up to 92.1%.
