The Reconstruction and Characteristics of Russian Moral Education System in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Period

解体后销声匿迹了近十年的思想道德教育在俄罗斯重新得到重视,重构普通教育机构的道德教育体系成为近几年俄罗斯政府和教育部门的优先工作之一。新时期俄罗斯学校德育以民族基本价值为导向,课程设置隐显结合、相互兼容,德育途径多样灵活,家庭、传统宗教以及大众传媒的德育力量被赋予了重要的意义。

Disappeared for nearly a decade after the disintegration,the ideological and moral education in Russia has been re-valued. Since the past few years,the reconstruction of moral education system in schools has been becoming one of the priority tasks of Russian government and education departments. With the core idea of reinstating traditional national values of Russia, the new moral education system is being carried out by arranging school curricular with obvious and hidden moral education content,various and flexible moral education approaches,and a more dominating participation of family, religious organizations and mass media.
