摘要
20世纪90年代以来,美国康涅狄格州(简称康州)推出了一种新的基础教育办学模式——HOT学校。它以多种教育理论为指导,遵从严格的运行程序,强调通过艺术的内容和形式整合学校的课程,采用艺术家和教师合作教学、家长参与等教学策略,建立了独特的教师专业发展模式,实现以突出学生创造性为特点的高级思维能力的培养。HOT学校取得了显著的成果,它为我们提供了基础教育改革的新视野。
Since the 1990s, Connecticut State of America has launched a new model of basic education,HOT School. This kind of school bases on rich theories and strict operation procedures,emphasizes the integration of school curriculum through the content and form of arts,adopts the teaching method of co-operation between artist, teachers and parents, creates its own teacher training pattern in order to develop students" higher-order thinking, especially, creativity thinking. HOT School has achieved a lot and provides us a new vision of basic educational reform.
