国际文献引用、技术知识扩散与中国的技术创新

International Literature Citation,Technical Knowledge Diffusion and China′s Technology Innovation

本文借助CSCD数据库相关统计数据实证分析跨国文献引用技术知识扩散对中国技术创新的影响。回归结果显示:国际文献引用发生的技术知识扩散对中国技术创新的影响显著为正,其总效应与国际贸易和国际人力资本流动相当,显著高于FDI,但低于国际专利申请;比较其不同作用机制得出,国际文献引用技术知识扩散对中国技术创新的直接促进效应和人力资本增值效应显著高于R&D效率提升效应;较之企业,公共研发机构利用国际文献引用技术知识扩散的创新效果更为显著。

Based on the related data of CSCD database,this paper empirically analyses the impact of the technical knowledge diffusion brought by the multinational literature citation on China′s technology innovation.Results show that the technical knowledge diffusion brought by international literature citation enhances technology innovation significantly,which corresponds quite to the impact of international trade and human capital flows,significantly higher than FDI,but lower than the international patent application.The comparative analysis of its different mechanism shows that the technological innovation effect and human capital appreciation effect of international literature citation are higher than R&D efficiency improvement effect.Compared to enterprises,the effect of technical knowledge diffusion of international literature citation by public R&D institutions produces more innovation.
