摘要
现代物流业在低碳经济中占有特殊地位,现代物流业是高能源产业,同时也是实现低碳经济的关键产业。文章首先提出低碳经济的实现急需建立以环境共生为特征的循环物流系统;接着通过对循环物流系统的分析,指出只有包含逆向物流的物流系统才是与环境共生的循环物流系统,在此基础上通过分析物流技术在物流各个环节的使用,指出物流技术的创新与使用为循环物流系统的构建创造了坚实的技术平台;最后从政府与企业两方面提出了构建循环物流系统的具体措施。
The modern logistics industry plays an important role in low carbon economy, which is the high energy and key industry to achieve low carbon economy. This article first states that low carbon economy is in urgent need to establish environmental symbiotic circulation logistics system. Then, based on the analysis of the circular logistics system, it points out that environmental symbiotic circulation logistics contains reverse logistics. On this basis, through the analysis of logistics technology in each logistics link, the paper points out that the logistics technology innovation and its use create the technology platform for the circular logistics system. Finally, this article puts forward the concrete measures for circulation logistics system from the government and enterprises.
