摘要当前，医学影像存储与传输系统（picture archiving and communication system，PACS）的开发与应用已逐渐规范和成熟。高校医院作为基层医院由于资金等方面的原因只是为放射科建立了影像工作站或小型医学影像传输与存储系统（mini—PASC）。教职员工的胸部体检是高校医院放射科工作的重要内容。
