伴随高频开关技术、同步整流技术、智能化技术、表面安装技术等的发展,开关电源也在不断地创新。但是由于开关电源中控制电路比较复杂,晶体管和集成器件受电、热影响较大,在使用过程中给用户带来很大不便。为了保护电路及其元器件的安全,根据开关电源的原理和特点,设计相应的充电保护电路。

Along with the development of high-frequency switching technology,synchronous rectification,and surface mounting technique,the technology of switching power supply also have been improved.However,the objections have plagued users,such as the control circuit of switching power supply is complex,transistor and integrated device are greatly influenced by electricity and heat.For protecting the circuit and component,the article designed the corresponding charging protection circuit according to the principle and characteristics of switching power supply.
