摘要
针对150t转炉托圈开裂泄漏进行焊补时存在问题进行分析,通过探伤等手段,确保修复后的托圈内部没有缺陷,外部没有裂纹,使用性能及寿命能够达到使用要求和设备原有的功能精度,同时对托圈焊补工艺参数及工艺流程进行了阐述。
Problems of cracking leakage of 150t converter ring when maintenance for welding were analyzed.Through flaw detection and other means,interior of converter ring without defects and its exterior without cracks were ensured,and the performance and life cycle can meet use requirement and accuracy of the original function of the device.Meanwhile,welding process parameters and process flow of backing ring were introduced.
