摘要
在实验的基础上建立了可膨胀爆炸膨化的简化三维有限元模型,利用LS-DYNA对爆炸时壳体破坏情况和内部压强进行分析。结果显示,该试验所用装药结构符合膨胀石墨快速膨化要求,并可以通过改变其相应参数使可膨胀石墨达到最优膨化效果。
A predigest 3D ANSYS model has been founded which was used for expanded graphite are made by explosion so that the destroy and inside pressure of the case could be analyzed by LS-DYNA.The results show that the charge structure in this paper accords the demand of quickly making expanded graphite,even something parameters that can be changed to make the expandable graphite expanded better.
