本文以胡锦涛总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立90周年大会中的重要讲话为契机,结合当前工程项目信息透明度缺乏这一实际情况,分析了湖南省交通系统关于工程项目信息公开的一系列措施和办法,并对如何进一步推进工程建设领域项目信息公开,提出了自己的看法和见解。
