摘要
2010年底,重庆市农村公路里程超过10万公里,农村公路的健康可持续发展是社会主义新农村建设的重要基石。笔者通过走访调查和文献研究,针对重庆市目前的农村公路养护管理体制,设计了新的组织结构,从而构建了一个新的农村公路养护管理体制。通过该体制,能解决责任分散和资金不足等问题。
In the end of 2010,there have been over 100,000 km of rural highway in Chongqing,the development of rural roads health and sustainable is an important cornerstone during building a new socialist countryside.Aiming at the current road maintenance management system,the author visited and researched some literature,designs a new organizational structure in order to build a new rural road maintenance management system.It can solve the diffusion of responsibility and the shortage of fund.
