摘要
文章在分析企业规避无固定期限劳动合同的行为基础上,对企业存在抵触情绪的原因进行了归纳,并对如何在企业推行无固定期限劳动合同提出了几点建议。
Based on the analysis of the behavior about how to avoid Unfixed-term Labor Contract for the enterprise,this paper generalizes the causes of the resistance emotion,and puts forward several suggestions about how to carry out Unfixed-term Labor Contract in the enterprise.
