摘要
石油是国民经济的重要支柱和战略物资,其生产对象及生产经营过程都有着显著的特殊性,在原材料涨价、外部竞争激烈以及老油田产量递减带来的成本压力情况下,油田企业成本压缩的空间越来越小,因此引进全新成本管理理念,提高油田企业成本管理水平迫在眉睫。
Oil is an important pillar of national economy and a kind of strategic material,its production and the production management have a significant specificity.With the raw material prices rising,external fierce competition,and the cost pressures caused by declining old oil field production,the space for companies to compress their cost is getting smaller and smaller,so the introduction of new cost management to improve the situation is more and more important.
