摘要
建设实干高效的干部队伍是事关国企发展全局的战略性、基础性工作。现在大部分国有企业非常重视干部培训工作,但在培训过程中难免存在一些问题,本文针对这些问题进行了分析思考,以期找到如何搞好国有企业中干部教育培训的对策。
Construction of hard working cadre team of university related to the strategic and basic work of the development of state-owned enterprises.Now most of state-owned enterprises attach great importance to cadre training,but there are many problems in training.Aiming at the problems,the author thinks about it hoping to find out the countermeasures on doing well state-owned enterprise cadre education and training.
