中外高校就业指导队伍之比较研究

Comparative Study of University Employment Guidance Team at Home and Abroad

我国高校目前的就业指导队伍建设正处在起步阶段,存在诸如数量不足、专业化、职业化水平不高等问题,本文通过介绍美国、英国、香港、日本等就业指导队伍的现状,汲取其经验,提出建立"三级"就业指导队伍等建议,对于加强大陆高校的就业指导队伍建设有现实的借鉴意义。

The construction of employment guidance team in China＇s university is in the initial stage,and there are many problems,such as,insufficient number,not high level of specialization and professionalization and so on.Through the introduction of the current situation of employment guidance team in the United States,Britain,Hongkong,Japan and other countries,the author learned from the experience,proposed to establish ＂three stage＂ employment guidance team and other recommendations,which has the reference role in strengthening the construction of university employment guidance team.
