With the concept of ＂universal learning,lifelong learning＂ putting forward,the role of continuing education in building a learning society becomes increasingly important,so teaching staff construction of Wenzhou Radio Television University is even more important and urgent.In this paper,the status of teachers in Wenzhou Radio Television University is analyzed in detail,and the way to strengthen the teaching staff construction is discussed.
