摘要
本文通过对云南国土职业学院教师心理健康状况的调查结果分析,表明高职院校教师心理健康状况不容乐观,存在情绪化突出、心理压力过大、缺乏合适的宣泄渠道等问题,针对这些问题,本文运用心理环境论和积极心理学理论提出了对策,以改善高职教师的心理健康状况。
Based on the survey results of the mental health of teachers in Yunnan Land and Resources Vocational College,the paper found that the mental health of teachers in vocational colleges was not optimistic,including,prominent emotion,high psychological pressure,lack of suitable outlet channels and other issues.For these problems,this paper proposed measures to improve the mental health status of vocational teachers by using the psychological environment and positive psychological theory.
