摘要
营养是健康的基础,是关系国计民生的大事。《食品营养学》是一门应用性极强的营养学分支学科,其实验(践)教学直接关系到营养相关专业人才社会适应能力的培养。本文概括了我校《食品营养学》实践教学的设计思路和教学内容,并指出了需要进一步延伸的技能培养方向,以期为我国高校更好地培养适应社会需求的营养专业人才提供参考。
Nutrition is the basis of health and is a major event about people's livelihood.Food Nutrition is a branch subject of nutrition with strong utility and its experiment(practice) teaching is directly related to nutrition-related professionals' social adaptation ability.This article outlines its practical teaching ideas and content in our school,and points out the skills development direction for further extension,with a view to provide reference for nutrition-related professionals' training to better meet the social needs for China's colleges and universities.
