摘要
随着科技的日益发展,高校的科技活动和科技能力已成为高校综合实力的重要指标。在当前的知识经济时代,高校的科技管理工作面临着许多机遇和挑战。文章在分析我国高校科技管理创新意义的基础上,结合高校科技管理面临的问题,提出了强化自主创新,优化高校科技管理的主要策略。
With the increasing development of technology,scientific and technological activities and capacity have become an important indicator of overall strength of colleges and universities.In the current era of knowledge economy,the scientific and technological management is facing with many opportunities and challenges.On the basis of analyzing the innovative meaning of scientific and technological management,this article combines the problems and proposes the strategies to strengthen the independent innovation and optimize the scientific and technological management.
