摘要
表象训练作为一种心理训练方法在体育运动领域中得到广泛应用,其有效性正逐渐被大家所认可。本文结合大众人群健身活动的特点,初步探讨表象训练在大众健身人群中的应用。
As a kind of the way of psychological training,presentation training is appled to sports area and its effectiveness is gradually being accepted by the public.This article,combining with the characterstics of public body building exercises,briefly discusses the application of presentation training in the public body building.
