摘要
近年来,随着汽车工业的蓬勃发展,汽车涂装应用技术也迅速发展起来。前处理成为汽车涂装工艺的主要流程。本文作者就在实际生产过程中经常遇到的前处理问题进行了汇总分析,并提出相应的对策改善措施。由于这些问题具有一般涂装生产线的共性,希望能与同行者讨论分享。
In recent years,with the rapid development of automobile industry,automotive paint application technology has developed rapidly.Pre-treatment process has become a major automotive painting process.The author makes meta-analysis of its problems often encountered in actual production process,and proposes appropriate measures.Because these issues have the overall characters with the general painting production line,the author hopes to share with their peers to discuss.
