摘要
运用各种分子标记技术和数量性状基因的定位方法,将控制棉花早熟性状的基因定位到相应的遗传连锁图谱或染色体上,为目前及今后短季棉育种提供了理论依据。综述了近年来棉花早熟性QTLs定位研究的最新进展,并对研究中存在的主要问题进行了分析和展望。
Cotton is an important cash crop and is one of the main natural fiber resources. Genes controlling to map cotton maturing traits to relevant genetic linkage map or chromosome by all kinds of molecular marker technologies and methods of quantitative trait loci mapping, provide theoretical foundation for early maturing cotton breeding at present and in the futtire. This paper summarized the progress in QTL mapping, conferring cotton early maturing traits in recent years, analyzed and prospected the existing problems in research.
