摘要
建立了毛细管电泳法测定小柴胡颗粒中的柴胡皂苷a和柴胡皂苷d。以苯甲酸为内标,采用未涂层弹性融硅石英毛细管柱,以20 mmol/L Tris+20 mmol/L磺丁基-β-环糊精+25 mmol/Lβ-环糊精(pH 9.93)为运行缓冲液,分离电压12 kV,重力进样10 s(高度15 cm),检测波长210 nm。柴胡皂苷a和柴胡皂苷d在10~100和8~80μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为97.1%和98.1%,RSD为1.57%和1.98%。
A capillary electrophoresis method was established for the determination of saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d in Xiaochaihu granules. An uncoated fused silica capillary column was used with benzoic acid as the internal standard and 20 mmol/L Tris + 20 mmol/L SBE-13-CD + 25 mmol/L 13-CD buffer solution (pH 9.93) as the running buffer at the voltage of 12 kV. The sample was injected by gravity (10 s,15 cm). The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Their calibration curves were linear in the concentration ranges of 10 - 100 μg/ml and 8 - 80μg/ml. Their average recoveries were 97.1% and 98.1%, with RSDs of 1.57 % and 1.98 %.
