灸法疾病谱现代文献计量分析与评价

Metrological Analysis and Evaluation of Moxibustion Spectrum of Disease in Modern Literature

目的回顾1954年至2007年有关灸法针灸论文,通过文献计量与评价,以期客观地反映灸法疾病谱与适宜病症。方法根据《中国现代针灸信息数据库》数据,采用计量分析方法进行统计分析。结果和结论灸法疾病谱有364种。适宜病症为胎位不正、腹泻、结肠炎;常用适宜病症为尿失禁、痛经;次常用适宜病症为膝骨关节炎、颞下颌关节综合征、软组织损伤、足跟痛、哮喘、尿潴留、带状疱疹。灸法疾病谱需要进一步研讨。

Objective To review acupuncture-moxibustion literature on moxibustion methods published from 1954 to 2007and objectively reflect moxibustion spectrum of disease by metrological analysis and assessment of the literature. Methods A statistical analysis was made by a method of metrological analysis according to the data from ＂China modern acupuncture-moxibustion information databank＂. Results a 1 conclusion The moxibustion spectrum of disease has 364 kinds of diseases. The suitable diseases are malposition, diarrhea, and colitis. The common suitable diseases are urinary incontinence and dysmenorrhea. The next common suitable diseases are knee osteoarthritis, temporomandibular joint disturbance syndrome, soft tissue injury, heel pain, asthma, urinary retention, and herpes zoster. Moxibustion spectrum of disease needs to be further studied.
