摘要
目的观察温针配合梅花针叩刺治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法将128例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组64例。治疗组采用温针配合梅花针叩刺治疗,对照组采用电针治疗。两组在治疗2个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组总有效率为95.3%,对照组为81.2%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针配合梅花针叩刺是一种治疗肩关节周围炎的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of warm needling therapy plus plum-blossom needle in treating shoulder periarthritis. Method A total of 128 patients with shoulder periarthritis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 64 in each. The treatment group was managed by warm needling therapy plus tapping by plum-blossom needle, and the control group was intervened by electroacupuncture. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 2 treatment courses for the two groups. Result The total effective rate was 95.3% in the treatment group versus 81.2% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Warm needling therapy plus tapping by plum-blossom needle is an effective approach in treating shoulder periarthritis.
