Technology Innovation,Financial System and the Adjustment of Industrial Structure

产业结构调整是我国"十二五"期间的重要战略任务。基于空间集聚视角对产业结构调整进行分析发现,产业结构调整的关键在于促进技术创新、中小企业成长以及产业空间集聚。金融体系对产业结构调整的支持机制表现为技术创新机制、中小企业成长机制、产业融合机制以及产业空间集聚机制。产业结构调整应从开发性金融、政策性金融以及市场性金融三个方面着手。

The adjustment of industrial structure is the one of the important strategic tasks during the period of ＂The Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂. Through the analysis of the adjustment of industrial structure on the basis of agglomeration, we found that the key to adjust the industrial structure lies in the technology innovation, small and medium-sized enterprise （SME） growth and industrial spatial agglomeration. The financial support mechanism includes technology innovation, SME growth, industry convergence and industrial spatial agglomeration. The paper also puts forward some suggestions for the adjustment of industrial structure.
