摘要
目的:了解我院药师对合理用药的认知度,促进合理用药工作的开展。方法:采用问卷调查的方式,考察我院药师合理用药知识水平。结果:共发放并收回问卷89份,答题较好者为78.7%,一般者为21.3%。结论:我院药师对合理用药的基本概念和处方调配都有较好的掌握,但对药学知识进展未能全面掌握。医院应加强对药师的培训和考核,提高合理用药意识和技术素质,同时在院内积极开展合理用药宣传活动。
OBJECTIVE： To know the cognition of rational use of drugs by pharmacists in our hospital, and to develop rational drug use in our hospital. METHODS： Using questionnaire survey, the knowledge of pharmacists on rational use of drugs in our hospital was investigated. RESULTS： 90 questionnaires were sent out and 89 available questionnaires were returned. The subject who answered the questions well accounted for 78.7%, and common ones accounted for 21.3%. CONCLUSION： Our pharmacists are familiar with the basic knowledge of rational use of drugs and prescription dispensary. In the review of the progress of pharma- ceutical knowledge, pharmacists mastered insufficiency. It is necessary to strengthen the training and examine for pharmacists, im- prove the consciousness and abilities on rational use of drugs, develop publicity activities of rational use of drugs in our hospital.
