脉络宁注射液致过敏性休克46例文献分析

Literature Analysis of 46 Cases Anaphylactic Shock Induced by Mailuoning Injection

目的:探讨脉络宁注射液致过敏性休克的特点和规律,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法:检索中国知网全文数据库(CNKI)1990-2011年中脉络宁注射液致过敏性休克的文献资料,并进行归纳分析。结果:发生过敏性休克的46例患者中有45例为首次用药。10min内发生休克的38例,占82.60%;39例于5min～12h内缓解或痊愈,有1例死亡,其他未提及好转时间。结论:临床应重视脉络宁注射液致过敏性休克,加强10min内用药监测,以确保用药安全。

OBJECTIVE： To explore the characteristics and regulation of anaphylactic shock induced by Mailuoning injection, and to provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS： Anaphylactic shock cases induced by Mailnoning injection reported in CNKI from 1990--2011 were retrieved and analyzed statistically. RESULTS： There were totally 46 patients, who suf- fered anaphylactic shock. Anaphylactic shock occurred right after first medication for 45 patients. For 38 patients, it occurred in 10 minutes, corresponding to 82.60%, and symptom was relieved or patients were fully recovered between 5 minutes and 12 hours for 39 cases. Unfortunately, there was one death. For the other patients, recovery time was not mentioned. CONCLUSIONS： Great im- portance should be attached to anaphylactic shock caused by Mailnoning injection, and monitoring 10 minutes after injection should be enhanced to ensure the security of medication.
