摘要
目的:建立同时测定鸦胆子油乳注射液中棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸和亚油酸含量的方法。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法。色谱柱为DB-WAX弹性石英毛细管柱,检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),柱温为200℃恒温,保持11min,进样口温度为测250浓℃度,检分测别器在温0.度08为4~2500.8℃39,m流g·速m为L1-.0(1mr=L·0m.9i9n9-16,)分、流0.0比56为~200.5∶610,内m标g·物mL为-苯(1甲r=酸0.苯99酯9。7)结、0果.73:1棕~榈7.酸31、硬mg脂·酸mL、油-(1酸r=和0亚.9油99酸2)检、0.241~2.41mg·mL-(1r=0.9991)范围内与内标峰面积积分值线性关系良好;各成分的平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为98.6%、97.8%、97.9%、99.5%。结论:该方法快速、准确、重复性好,可为鸦胆子油乳注射液的质量控制提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of palmitic acid, octadecanoic acid, oleic acid and linoleic acid in Brucea javanica oil latex injection. METHODS: The sample was determined on DB-WAX capillary col- umn by capillary GC coupled with flame ionization detector (FID). Temperature was maintained at 200℃ for 11 min. The injector temperature was 250℃. The detector temperature was 250 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. Split injection was conducted with split radio of 20 : 1. Phenyl benzoate was used as internal standard. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.084~0.839 mg.mL-l(r:0.999 6), 0.056~0.560 mg.mL-l(r:0.999 7), 0.731~7.31 mg-mL-^(r=0.999 2) and 0.241~2.41 mg.mL-1 (r=0.999 1) for palmitic acid, octadecanoic acid, oleic acid and linoleic acid, respectively. The average recoverieswere 98.6 %, 97.8 %, 97.9 % and 99.5 %, respectively (n = 9). CONCLUSION: The method is rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality evaluation ofB. javanica oil latex injection.
