摘要
目的:建立抗病毒口服液中苦参碱含量测定的方法。方法:用三氯甲烷和氨水萃取,采用高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱n为mE,c柱lip温se为X3D0B℃-C。18柱结,果流:动苦相参为碱乙检腈测-浓磷度酸在盐0缓.0冲09液~(0p.1H86m.8g·,Vm/LV-=1范25围∶7内5)与,进峰样面量积为积1分0值μL呈,流良速好为的1线.0性m关L·系m(inr=-1,0检.99测9波6)长;平为均21加0样回收率为100.89%,RSD=0.497%。结论:本方法准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于抗病毒口服液的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of matrine in Kangbingdu oral liquid. METHODS: Chloroform and ammonia were used for extraction, and HPLC method was used for the content determination. Eclipse XDB-C18 column was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer (pH 6.8, V/V=25 : 75) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL. min^-1. The injection volume was 10 μL. The detection wavelength was set at 210 um and the column temperature was 30℃ RESULTS: Matrine showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.009-0.18 mg.mL^-1(r=0.999 6) and the average recoveries were 100.89%, RSD=0.497%. CONCLUSION: The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the content determination of matrine and the quality control of Kangbingdu oral liquid.
