Core staff includes management personnel,technical personnel and the operating personnel at the important positions. They create wealth for the enterprise,which are core human resources.The paper mainly analyses the situation of core staff of a famous household enterprise,and then finds the problems of human resource management.Finally it comes up with the corresponding countermeasures.
