老年脑出血合并相关感染患者调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞表达的分析 被引量:5

Analysis of expression of T_H and Treg cells in elderly cerebral hemorrhage patient accompanied with stroke-associated infection

摘要 目的分析老年脑出血合并脑卒中相关感染(stroke associated infection,SAI)患者外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞表达水平。方法连续选择住院的95例老年脑出血患者,入院即刻检测外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞,并按住院后7 d内有无发生SAI分为SAI组41例和无SAI组54例,对2组T细胞表达进行比较。结果 SAI组外周血CD4 CD25 Treg、CD4 CD25 Foxp3 Treg和CD8水平明显高于无SAI组,而CD3、CD4和CD4/CD8表达水平明显低于无SAI组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论老年脑出血合并SAI患者存在外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞异常表达。 Objective To study the expression of TH(helper T cells)and Treg(regulatory T cells) cells in peripheral blood of elderly cerebral hemorrhage patient accompanied with stroke-associated infection(SAI), in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of such patients. Methods Ninety-five elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into two groups according to whether SAI occurred during 7 days after admission:SAI group included 41 patients and no-SAI group included 54 patients. There was no statistical difference in their general condition(age, gender, surgical therapy, location and size of hematoma, GCS scores) between the two groups. Peripheral blood levels of TH cells and Treg cells in both groups were analyzed and compared by the method of flow cytometry and indirect immunofluorescence. Results Levels of CD4 CD25 Treg,CD4 CD25 Foxp3 Treg and CD8 in SAI group were 15.81±4.60,3.93±0.65 and 26.04±4. 22 respectively, significantly higher than those in no-SAI group(12. 73 ± 3. 59, 3.27±0.48 and 20.59±3.81) ,but the levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 were lower in SAI group (54.17±8.79,31.63±5.70,1.29±0.34) than those in no-SAI group(66.23±10. 15,37. 42±6.1, 1.75±0.48,P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusion Elderly cerebral hemorrhage patients accompanied with SAI have the abnormal expression of peripheral blood T, cells and Treg cells,and Treg may play a guiding role in early diagnosis and treatment of SAI.
