MMP-9、nm23在广西食管癌患者中的表达及其相关性研究 被引量:2

Expression of MMP-9 and nm23 in Esophageal Cancer in Guangxi and Their Correlation with Clinicopathological Factors

摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、nm23在广西食管癌患者中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法用免疫组织化学链霉素亲生物素-过氧化物酶法检测80例食管癌组织及10例正常食管黏膜中MMP-9、nm23的表达。结果 MMP-9在食管癌组织中的阳性表达率显著高于正常食管黏膜组织(P<0.05);MMP-9的高表达与食管癌患者的年龄、性别、组织学类型无关(P>0.05),而与分化程度、浸润程度、区域淋巴结转移情况及TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。nm23在食管癌组织中的阳性表达率显著低于正常食管黏膜组织(P<0.05);nm23的表达与患者的性别、年龄、组织学类型、分化程度、浸润程度无关(P>0.05),而与有无淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。MMP-9与nm23呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-9在广西食管癌的发生、侵袭、淋巴结转移过程中起一定的作用;nm23的表达缺失与食管癌的发生密切相关,可作为评价食管癌预后指标之一;MMP-9、nm23在参与食管癌的发生过程中起相互抑制的作用。 Objective To investigate the level of matrix metallo proteinase-9 (MMP-9)and non-metastasis 23 (nm23) expression in esophageal cancer and normal esophageal mucosa in Guangxi, and detect their relationships with clinical predictive indicators. Methods The levels of MMP-9 and nm23 expression in 80 cases of esophageal cancer and 10 cases of normal esophageal mucosa were detected by SP immunohistoehemical method. Results MMP-9 positive expression rate in esophageal cancer was significantly higher than that of normal esophageal mucosa(P 〈0.05). MMP-9 positive expression rate had no significant correlation with the patients' age, sex,and histological type (P 〉 0.05 ),but had correlation with degree of the differentiation,tumors invade depth,clinical stag,and lymph node metastasis(P 〈0.05). nm23 positive expression in esophageal cancer was significantly lower than that of normal esophageal mucosa (P 〈 0.05 ), and it had no significant correlation with the patients' age, sex, histological type, degree of the differentiation, and tumors invade depth(P 〉0.05),but had correlation with lymph node metastasis and clinical stag (P 〈 0.05 ). MMP-9 had negative correlation with nm23 ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion MMP-9 is involved in the occurrence,invasion, metastasis of esophageal cancer in Guangxi ,and expression loss of nm23 is closely correlated with the occurrence of esophageal cancer,which can be taken as an evaluation index of esophageal cancer. Mutual inhibition between MMP-9 and nm23 occurs when they involve in the presence of esophageal cancer.
