Optimization of the Extraction Process for Eucommia ulmoides Polysaccharides by Orthogonal Test

摘要 目的:优选杜仲多糖的提取工艺。方法:用普通水提醇沉法和微波提取法分别提取杜仲多糖,以提取温度、提取时间、料液比、提取次数为考察因素,以多糖提取率为评价指标,采用正交试验优选工艺。结果:普通水提醇沉法的最佳工艺为温度120℃、时间2 h、料液比1∶8、次数3次;微波提取法的最佳工艺为温度50℃、时间45 min、料液比1∶20、次数3次。结论:微波提取法对杜仲多糖的提取有辅助作用,较普通水提醇沉法更优。 OBJECTIVE :To optimize the extraction process for Eucommia ulmoides polysaccharides (EOP). METHODS: Aque- ous extraction and microwave extraction were used for the extraction of E. ulmoides polysaccharides. The extraction technology of E. ulmoides polysaccharides was optimized by orthogonal test with extraction temperature, extraction time, solid-liquid rate and extraction times as factors using extraction rate as index. RESULTS: The optimum process conditions with aqueous extraction were as follows: extraction temperature of 120 ℃, extraction time of 2 h, solid-liquid ratio of 1:8, extracting for 3 times. The optimum process conditions with microwave extraction were as follows: extraction temperature of 50 ℃, extraction time of 45 rain, solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 20, extracting for 3 times. CONCLUSION: Microwave-assisted extraction is helpful to extract E. ulmoides polysaccharides, and it is better than aqueous extraction.
