山茱萸炮制前后的HPLC指纹图谱研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立山茱萸炮制前后的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。方法:选择不同产地和采收时间的山茱萸生品、炮制品各14批,以无水乙醇提取制备供试品溶液。色谱柱为Waters sunfireC1(8250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%磷酸溶液-甲醇(梯度洗脱),流速为0.8mL.min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为240nm。结果:山茱萸生品中共检测到16个共有色谱峰;山茱萸炮制品中共检测到17个共有色谱峰。不同生品与炮制品的色谱概貌一致,整体分离度较好。结论:本试验从整体上对比了山茱萸生、制品的特征,为山茱萸药材的质量控制提供了有效手段。 OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC fingerprints of crude and processed Comus officinalis. METHODS: 14 batches of C. officinalis hygiene products and 14 batches of processed products were selected from different origin at different acquisition time. Waters sunfire C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used with 0.1% phosphoric acid and methanol as mobile phase (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 0.8 mL. min 1. The column temperature was 30 % and detection wavelength was set at 240 nm. RESULTS: 16 common peaks were detected in the chromatograms of C. officinalis hygiene products, and 17 common peaks were detected in the chromatograms of C. officinalis processed products. The chromatograms of different hygiene products were similar to those of processed products generally. They were separated well on the whole. CONCLUSION: On the whole, the characteristics of C. officinalis hygiene products have been compared with processed products in the study. It provides effective methods for the quality control of C. officinalis.
