摘要
目的:观察针刺治疗糖尿病眼肌麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将40例糖尿病眼肌麻痹患者随机分为两组各20例,对照组采用全身药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合针刺治疗,疗程结束后观察疗效。结果:治疗组显效率为(55%)、对照组为(20%),两组显效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗糖尿病眼肌麻痹患者有效,且优于单纯全身治疗。
Objective：To observe the acupuncture treatment of diabetic ophthalmoplegia clinical efficacy.Methods：40 patients with diabetic ophthalmoplegia were divided into two groups,patients in the control group was treated with systemic therapy,the treatment group were based on the combined treatment of acupuncture treatment and after treatment effects were observed.Results：Markedly effective rate was in treatment group（55%）,the control group（20%）.The efficiency of the two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant（P = 0.0382 0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture effectiveness in patients with diabetic ophthalmoplegia is better than systemic therapy.
