定深法用于后牙面牙体预备准确度分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的对比目测法和定深法行金属烤瓷全冠后牙面牙体预备准确性的差异。方法选取42例患者共42颗后牙随机分A、B 2组,A组21颗目测法行牙体预备,B组21颗定深法行牙体预备。结果目测法和定深法的牙体面预备量分别为:颊尖(1.88±0.15)mm和(1.95±0.11)mm(P>0.05),中央沟(1.66±0.21)mm和(1.97±0.12)mm(P<0.05),腭尖(2.13±0.12)mm和(1.83±0.13)mm(P<0.05);同一断层近远中厚度几乎无差异。结论目测法牙体预备时易导致牙面中央沟预备量不足及腭尖预备过量,使用定深法可提高牙体预备准确度。
