摘要
【目的】探讨膀胱癌中miR-143、miR-145的表达及其与膀胱癌临床病理特征的关系。【方法】采用miRNA表达谱芯片、Northen blot、Real-time PCR法检测miR-143、miR-145在膀胱癌中的表达,分析miR-143、miR-145的表达与膀胱癌临床分期、分级的关系。【结果】miRNA表达谱芯片、Northen blot、Real-time PCR法均提示miR-143、miR-145在膀胱癌中较癌旁正常膀胱组织中表达明显降低,差异具有统计学意义。miR-143、miR-145的低表达在不同临床分期与分级的膀胱癌中差异不明显。【结论】miR-143、miR-145在膀胱癌中明显低表达,可能与膀胱癌的发生密切相关。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of miR-143 and miR-145 in bladder cancer and their association with clinicopathologic features of bladder cancer. [ Methods ] miRNA microarray, Northen blot, real-time PCR were used to detect the expression of miR-143 and miR-145 in bladder cancer and their association with clinical stages and grades were analyzed. [ Results ] The expression of miR-143 and miR-145 were significantly decreased in bladder cancer compared with normal adjacent tissues by miRNA microarray, Northen blot and real-time PCR. However, there were not significant differences in different clinical stages and grades of bladder cancer. [ Conclusion ]The expression of miR-143 and miR-145 were significantly decreased in bladder cancer, which may be closely involved in the tumorigenesis of bladder cancer.
