摘要
针对深水钻井隔水管系统专用分析软件缺乏的现状,开发出了一套具备深水钻井隔水管系统力学分析和工程设计功能的软件系统,可实现隔水管系统的静态分析、模态分析、动态分析和疲劳分析,以及隔水管系统的顶张力优化设计和浮力块配置优化设计。该软件系统采用模块化的编程方法,主体部分采用VC++实现,核心求解器采用MATLAB设计,其成功开发为深水钻井隔水管系统的设计和分析提供了一个有效的工具。实例分析表明,该软件系统的计算精度满足工程应用需要。
Due to lack of special analysis software for deepwater drilling riser system currently,the software with mechanical analysis and engineering design functions for deepwater drilling riser system has been developed to deal with static analysis,modal analysis,dynamic analysis and fatigue analysis of the riser system as well as the top tension and buoy placement optimizations.The modular programming method is used in development of the software system.The main part of the software is developed by VC+ + while the solver is designed by MATLAB.The software will provide an effective tool for design and analysis of deepwater drilling riser system.The case calculation has shown that the precision of the software can meet the requirements of the engineering application.
