泰山四叶参多糖对糖尿病小鼠血糖和抗氧化能力的影响

摘要 目的观察泰山四叶参多糖(PCL)对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病模型小鼠血糖和抗氧化能力的影响。方法采用四氧嘧啶腹腔注射法,建立糖尿病小鼠模型,将小鼠分成5组:正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组(盐酸二甲双胍200mg/kg)、PCL低剂量组(400mg/kg)、高剂量组(800mg/kg),连续灌胃14天后,测定各组血糖、胸腺和脾脏指数;检测血清和肝脏中的SOD活性及MDA含量。结果与模型组比较,PCL高、低剂量组和阳性对照组糖尿病小鼠血糖明显降低,小鼠的胸腺和脾脏指数,血清和肝脏SOD活性明显提高,MDA含量降低。PCL高剂量组与盐酸二甲双胍组比较,各观察指标无显著性差异。结论 PCL能降低四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠血糖,提高小鼠抗氧化能力。 Objective To study the effects of polysaceharides in radix eodonopsis lanceolatae from Mount Taishan(PCL) on blood glucose level and antioxidant activity in alloxan - induced diabetic mice. Methods The animal model of diabetes was established by injecting alloxan into mice abdominal cavity. The mice were divided into five groups : normal control, diabetic model, positive control ( metformin HCL,200mg/kg) , and two PCL groups(400mg/kg and 800mg/kg). After the mice were given orally for two weeks, the thymus and spleen index,blood glucose level, activity of SOD and concentration of MDA in serum and liver were determined. Results Compared with diabetic model group,the blood glucose levels of two PCL groups and metformin group decreased evidently,the indexes of liver and spleen increased, activities of SOD significantly increased while concentration of MDA decreased in serum and liver. There was no significant difference between the group of higher dose PCL and metformin group. Conclusion PCL can significantly decrease the blood glucose level and improve the antioxidant activity of alloxan - induced diabetic mice.
