HPLC法测定口腔溃疡含片中胸腺五肽的含量

Determination of Thymopentin in Oral Ulcer Buccal Tablets by HPLC

目的建立口腔溃疡含片中胸腺五肽含量的HPLC测定方法;方法色谱柱:Venusil MP-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:磷酸缓冲液-甲醇(90∶10)为流动相;流速:1ml/min;检测波长:275nm;进样量:20μl。结果在0.125～1.25mg/ml的范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9999),平均回收率为99.75%,RSD为0.24%。结论该法准确快捷,能较好地控制制剂质量。

Objective To esteblish a HPLC method for determination of thymopentin in oral ulcer buccal tablets. Methods Venu- sil C18 column （4.6mm × 250ram, 5 μm）was used;and mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer solution - methanol （90： 10） , with a flow rate of lml/min, UV detection wavelength at 275nm and injection volume 20μl. Results A good linearity was obtained over the range of 0. 125 - 1.25mg/ml（R2 = 0. 9999）. The average recovery of thymopentin was 99.75% , with a RSD of 0.24%. Conclusion The method was a simple, rapid and accurate as a quality standard.
