摘要
通过对SCR铜杆连铸连轧法的生产实践探索,成功地解决了SCR竖炉卡炉的问题。分析了竖炉卡炉的诸多影响因素,采取有针对性的措施,如调整火力控制、采用多种燃烧方式以及工艺装备技术创新等,显著减少了竖炉故障和炉膛损耗,有效地避免卡炉的发生,从而可极大地延长竖炉的炉龄。
Furnace-blocking in SCR shaft furnace was eliminated during continuous casting-continuous rolling SCR copper rod through practical production analysis.Lots of influencing factors and their damages to furnace-blocking in SCR shaft furnace were presented.Some corresponding measures,such as practical trial method,adjustment of fire-power control,varied combustion ways,and equipment innovation,were employed to greatly reduce shaft furnace fault and hearth losses,effectively decreasing the occurrence of furnace-blocking and obviously increasing the service life of the shaft furnace.
