核转录因子E2F-1、P27在大肠癌中的表达及意义

摘要 [目的]探讨大肠癌组织E2F-1和P27表达的意义。[方法]用免疫组化SP法检测78例大肠癌、20例正常大肠黏膜、30例大肠腺瘤E2F-1和P27的表达情况,并分析二者在大肠癌发生中的相关性。[结果]E2F-1表达阳性率在大肠癌(55.13%)显著高于正常大肠黏膜(0%)及大肠腺瘤(6.67%)(P<0.05);E2F-1表达与大肠癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移和临床分期相关(P<0.05)。P27在正常大肠黏膜的阳性率(100%)显著高于大肠腺瘤(53.33%)和大肠癌(15.38%)(P<0.05)。P27表达与大肠癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移和临床分期相关(P<0.05)。大肠癌中E2F-1与P27表达呈负相关(r=-0.393,P<0.01)。[结论]E2F-1和P27表达与大肠癌发生关系密切,可作为大肠癌发生、发展的生物学标记物。 [ Objective] To study the relationship of E2F - 1 and P27 expression to occurence of colorectal adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance. [Methods~ The expressions of E2F- 1 and P27 were detected in 78 colorectal adenocareino- mas, 30 colorectal adenomas and 20 nomlal coloreetal mucosa by immunohistochemical SP method. [ Results] The positive expression rate of E2F - 1 ( 55.13% ) in the carcinoma was higher than those in colorectal adenoma (6.67%) and mueo- sa (0%) (P 〈0.05 ). The expression of E2F- 1 in coloreetal carcinoma was positively related to pathological grade, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P 〈 0.05 ). 1927 positive rate in normal colorectal mucosa (100%) was higher than those of colorectal adenoma (53.33%)and colorectal carcinoma ( 15.38% ). The expression of P27 in colorectal car- cinoma was negatively related to pathological grade, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage ( P 〈 0.05 ). In colorectal carcinoma, E2F - 1 and P27 expressions were negatively correlated (r = "0. 393, P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] E2F - 1 and P27 is closely related to the colorectal adenocarcinoma occurrence, and both of them may have possibilities as biological markers in colorectal adenocarcinoma.
