摘要
富血小板血浆(platelet—rich plasma,PRP)是通过离心自体全血而得到的含高浓度血小板的血浆,激活后能释放多种生长因子,不仅具有加速止血、封闭创面的特点,还能促进骨再生的速度,缩短治疗疗程,广泛应用于口腔颌面外科、骨科、烧伤整形科等的治疗。PRP体内最佳作用浓度、制取设备、凝血酶、各生长因子释放的顺序及相互作用等因素均制约着PRP作用的发挥。本文就目前有关PRP促进口腔组织再生的研究及其影响因素进行综述。
Platelet rich plasma ( Platelet - rich plasma, PRP ) , which obtained by centrifugation of autologous whole blood, contains high concentration platelets. As could be activated to release a variety of growth factors, platelct rich plasma has not only the capacity of accelerating hemostasis and closure of wound characteristics, but also promoting bone regeneration speed and shortening the course of treatment. Therefore it has been widely used in oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthopaedics, department of burn and plastic surgery and other treatments. Some factors such as the best working concentration of PRP in vivo, extraction equipment, thromhin, and the releasing order as well as the interaction of growth factors in PRP have restricted the application of this biological material. We reviewed the disputes of the role of PRP in promoting oral tissue regeneration as well as the related factors influencing this process.
