疏肝益肾汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松的中长期疗效评价

The mid-and long-term efficacious assessment of soothing liver and kidney decoction for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis

目的观察疏肝益肾汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松的中长期疗效及对骨密度的影响。方法治疗组给予自拟疏肝益肾汤煎服;对照组给予阿仑膦酸钠片、阿法D3胶丸及钙尔奇D口服。结果疏肝益肾汤治疗后,症状有明显改善,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);疏肝益肾汤治疗后,BMD也有显著性改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),与对照组比较,均有显著性改善(P<0.05)。结论疏肝益肾汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症中远期疗效显著。

Objective To observe the midand longterm efficacy of soothing liver and kidney decoction for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis （PMO） and its effect on bone mineral density （BMD）. Methods The patients in treatment group were treated with soothing liver and kidney decoction; and the patients in control group were treated with alendronate sodium, alfacaleidol D3 and ealtrate. Results The symptoms of the patients were obviously ameliorated after the treatment of soothing liver and kidney decoction, and the difference of results between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. BMD was also improved after the treatment of soothing liver and kidney decoction （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ） , and the difference of BMD between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion The midand longterm efficacy of soothing liver and kidney decoction for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis are obvious.
