Health education on osteoporosis

骨质疏松已严重影响人们的健康水平,成为全球关注的公共卫生热点。迄今为止,尚无有效安全的骨质疏松治疗措施,而有效的健康教育是骨质疏松防治的最经济有效的手段。目前,尽管我国已经逐步推进骨质疏松健康教育的开展,但是其规范性和有效性还有待探讨。为促进我国骨质疏松健康教育的有效开展,本文全面阐述了骨质疏松健康教育的意义、现状、内容、方法,并强调骨质疏松健康教育评价的重要性。以期通过有效的骨质疏松健康教育,改变人们的知信行,促使人们建立健康的行为方式,减少或消除可控危险因素,降低骨质疏松对人们健康的危害,提高生命质量。

Osteoporosis has severely threatened human health and become a global highlight of public health. The effective and safe treatment for osteoporosis is still unavailable until now. And the health education on osteoporosis is the most effective and economic method for its prevention. Although health education on osteoporosis in China has been carried out for several years, its standardization and efficacy remain to be explored. In order to promote our health education on osteoporosis, this paper thoroughly demonstrates the significance, status, content, and method of health education on osteoporosis, and emphasizes the importance of evaluation in health education. Health education on osteoporosis is aimed to change people＇s KAP, to establish healthy behavior, to reduce or eliminate the controllable risk factors, to reduce hazards of osteoporosis to health, and to improve the quality of life.
