摘要
径向摩擦焊是摩擦焊技术近年发展起来的重要研究方向,介绍了径向摩擦焊的技术特点以及在工业领域中的应用前景。数值模拟是摩擦焊基础理论研究的重要手段,针对轴向摩擦焊,考虑热力耦合作用,建立了不同的摩擦产热模型,并研究了接头弹塑性变形区的力学行为,这些研究为径向摩擦焊的基础理论研究奠定了坚实的基础并提供了有价值的参考。指出了径向摩擦焊技术的研发应在装备开发和基础理论研究上深入开展工作。
Radial friction welding is one of important friction welding methods.Its characteristics and application prospect were introduced. The axial friction heat model and elasto-plastic mechanical model of joint were established by numerical simulation,which lays the solid foundation and offers the valuable reference for the study of radial friction welding.In order to promote the application of radial friction welding in industries,the study on the basic theory of radial friction welding and the research and development of radial friction welding equipments should be strengthened.
