摘要
基于视觉传感的方法,对钛合金电子束焊熔池表面特征量进行了提取。结果表明,当焊缝从未熔透向熔透状态过渡时,熔池宽度和熔池长度均明显减小,其中以熔池宽度的减小尤为显著。因此,选择熔宽作为判断熔透点的特征量。经分析熔宽可以作为熔透特征量,用于监测焊接过程中熔深状态的改变,为钛合金电子束焊熔透控制提供了一种有效途径。
Based on visual sensing,the characteristic quantities of molten pool surface in electron beam welding of titanium alloy were extracted. The result shows that the molten pool width and length significantly decreased when the weld transited from incomplete penetration to penetration, and the reduction of molten pool width was particularly remarkable.So the molten pool width was used as the characteristic quantity to
